A few months back, I bought my first Golden Goose sneakers (which I originally featured in this post), and received a number of questions about them since then. So many that I thought it was time for a full review! Where can I find a pair like yours?

I ordered them on April 28th and they were at my door by the 30th, so the shipping was super fast .

Are they true to size?
I’d say they fit true to size, based on my pair.
They haven’t stretched much, so if you’re between sizes, I’d go up a size
How comfy are they?
They felt good goldengoosesneakers.shoes almost immediately. No-show socks help with the break-in period, especially since they reduce sweat. High-end Italian leather construction, so it’s much more pleasant than breaking in plastic-based shoes. Bonus, they’re already broken-in so your feet just slide in.
Do they hold up well?
Since they come pre-distressed, I didn’t worry about scuffing them more. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and they still look great. Nothing has torn, and the shape stayed solid. Thanks to the vintage look, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
How are they vs. other brands?
They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I wear Vejas and Tretons too, but Golden Goose wins in both comfort and quality. They have a hidden arch lift that adds just over an inch — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re crafted individually, so each pair is one of a kind. And the glitter on mine? Stunning.
Would you recommend them?
Yes! Though I suggest looking for a deal. They’re not cheap, so getting them with a promo is worth it. They’re worth the investment, especially if you get a pair you love. I chose a loud pair, but a low-key version would also go with everything.
